BirthName	String		Full name from birth index
BirthMaidenName	String		Mother's maiden name from birth index
BirthRegDate	String		Registration date of the birth in the birth index
BirthRegDistrict	String		Registration district of the birth from birth index

Birth Result Flag

Flag	Description
F	Forename, Middle name and Surname were all an exact match
P	A match was found but Forename or Middle name was not an exact match.
U	No match was found.
